They do quite comprehensive activity tracking throughout the day, so if you're into steps and the like, that's a bonus. They also track your heart rate consistently. Nothing your average smart watch can't do, but if you're like me and hate the distractions of a smart watch, it's a good option.
That’s good to know. I have a Garmin watch I wear and typically keep the Bluetooth off so I don’t get the extra annoyances. I really like the steps, heart rate, and sleep tracking though, so that’s most of my use. I may look more into the rings then at some point. Thanks!
